Vacation

Well, I've finally returned from Christmas vacation. Got a cold that last couple of days, so now I need a vacation from my vacation! Yuck!

Anyway, the big news is that otherwise I'm feeling great, the back pain is so very much better (although I still have 2 weeks of electrical stimulation treatments left, and then hopefully get my tens unit for at home!!!!!!). However, a bit of difficult news.

I am preparing to go back to court against my son's sperm donor. He's in the process of his third move, but honestly, from the differing stories, I don't actually know where my son is truly living! I can't get a straight answer from his donor, and my son and the school tell me different stories than the donor. Also, he's pulled my son out of school and daycare on 4 different occasions in less than two years. He refuses to buy my son new clothes, although he shops for himself at places like Dillard's and JC Penny's. I also found out he is telling me son that he's stupid!

So everybody wish me luck. Donor's parents are retired attorneys, and may have got to the judge last time (which is the only reasonable explanation for why the donor got custody after 6 years!!!!!!!!!). So I may have a larger battle than I can handle. But try I will, because this mess is what attorneys got me into. Therefore, I'm doing this on my own this time, having learned how the laws work and what I can really do (or at least how it is SUPPOSED to be).
